In the heart of production and industry since 1995

Dilmak Tanker Cleaning Station was established to support logistics operators and activities related to bulk liquid chemical products. Located in the heart of industry and ports, our plant today also provides storage, maintenance-repair and heating services.

Cleaning process

Product-specific, measurable cleaning

Every tanker is planned according to the cleaning criteria of the product it carried and delivered through an efficient, eco-friendly process.

Product-based planning
Temperature, duration and method are set according to the cleaning criteria of the last product carried.

Steam impact technology
The tank interior is sterilised with Butterworth steam impact technology, using less energy and fewer chemicals.

Softened water
Extra-soft water with pH lowered by reverse osmosis; efficient cleaning at 180 litres per minute.

Treatment and certificate
Waste water is treated at our own treatment plant; the tanker is delivered with a European Cleaning Document (ECD).

SQAS audits

Our cleaning station has undergone regular SQAS audits since 2010 and closes each audit with a high score. We work meticulously in all areas of HSE-Q processes.
